How do I place an order

You can place your order either as a guest or as a registered member of this page. We recommend that you register.

After selecting your products and being certain for their purchase, go to the cart and click checkout. Then you can enter the coupon number, if any, to get the appropriate discount. You will then be prompted to fill out the shipping information and billing information.

Select the payment method you accept the terms of use and complete your order.

Upon successful completion you will receive a relevant email

If you have completed your order you should place a new order and request to connect it to the previous one. You can also contact us and we can add it for you.

What do I do if I receive the wrong or defective product or a product is missing from my order

In this case please contact us via email ( or by phone at 2610314770 and 6948400777 to resolve the problem as soon as possible.

My order is confirmed but I have received an email that tells me that there is no stock available for this product. Why did this happen

In this rare case, when placing your order our system has shown that there is stock available but during the collection process from our warehouse it was determined that there is no availability or that the product was defective. In this rare case and if you do not wish to change your order you will be immediately refunded the full amount.

What happens if I am not there when my order is delivered

If the goods arrive at their destination and you cannot be reached, then both Geniki Tachydromiki in Greece and UPS internationally will make two more attempts to reach you in the next few business days. If shipping fails then the goods are returned to our company and we will contact you.

Can I track the status of my order

You can track the progress of your order at the Track Order section. When the goods are shipped you will also receive the tracking number either from us of by the shipping company and this will help you track the order yourself.

Is there any charge for returns
